These terms are an agreement between you and Lunera AI Solutions FZC (WadZar AI Solutions) ("we") for the use of the AI Sidekick app and related services. By creating an account, or by confirming you are an adult and using guest mode, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Sidekick's replies, stories and games are generated by an artificial-intelligence model. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate despite our safety filters. Sidekick is not a substitute for a parent, teacher, doctor, counsellor or emergency service, and nothing it says is professional advice. If a child may be in danger, contact local emergency services.
You agree not to use the app to harass, harm or exploit anyone; to attempt to make Sidekick produce sexual, violent, hateful or otherwise inappropriate content; to reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the service; to upload a voice sample you do not have the right to use; or to create accounts or child profiles for people you are not responsible for. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
If you record a voice sample, you confirm the voice is your own or your child's, that you have authority to consent, and that the cloned voice will only be used inside AI Sidekick. Cloned voices are deleted when you delete the voice, the child profile or the account.
You keep ownership of what you provide (profile information, voice samples, messages). You give us a licence to process it only to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Sidekick's generated content may be used freely within your family; we make no ownership claim over it.
The service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings or as described at /delete-account. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (currently the app is free). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another place whose law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply in addition to these terms and nothing here removes them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Sharjah). Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are not affected.
