Delete your AI Sidekick account

Applies to the AI Sidekick app by Lunera AI Solutions FZC (WadZar AI Solutions)

In the app (immediate)

1. Open AI Sidekick and tap the settings gear.
2. Pass the parent check and scroll to the account section.
3. Tap Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

The account and all its data are deleted immediately and the app signs you out.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email privacy@lunera.solutions from the email address registered on the account with the subject "Delete my AI Sidekick account". We may ask a verification question. We complete email requests within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

• Your parent record: name, email, password hash, consent record.
• Every child profile and everything attached to it: messages and transcripts, AI profile notes, session summaries, stories and favourites, safety alerts, usage events, reports.
• Cloned voices, including the voice models held at ElevenLabs.

What may remain temporarily

• Database backups are held on encrypted storage and deleted within seven days.
• Server logs that contain no message content are kept for a rolling buffer of at most 50 MB per service, which is normally two to four weeks of traffic, after which the oldest entries are overwritten.
• Our AI provider may hold API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deleting only one child profile

Settings → child profiles → choose the profile → Delete. This removes that child's data as listed above while keeping your parent account.
